Eleven Homes for a Time, A Family Business
The Steinhauser family rents out eleven furnished apartments at Lauterlech 30 in the Jakobervorstadt district of Augsburg — instead of hotel rooms, real small apartments, suitable for individual travelers, families and groups alike.
The townhouse, built in 1954, contains seven apartments spread over several floors (no elevator). Four premium vacation apartments have been created in the new building directly adjacent to it. Both buildings share a garage complex, bicycle storage, and courtyard.
Included are bed linen, hand and dish towels, final cleaning, and one parking space per apartment. The garage area and stairwells are under video surveillance.
